Before you return your item, please make sure that you include a cover note containing your order number, the dispatch address you placed the order, and the products you’re returning.
The goods and packaging are undamaged
IMPORTANT We need to be suitable to identify an item with your order. We can only do this if you follow our returns process. Please don’t shoot us particulars back that don’t follow this process as they can not be linked duly and won’t be replaced or reimbursed.

Your order number can be set up on the evidence dispatch we transferred you after you completed your purchase.

When returning an item, you’ll need to include the following in a cover note( and telegraph us your request too)

What delivery system do I need to use when returning an item?
You must deliver the goods back to us via a tracked delivery service.
Can I return just one item from a purchase of multiple products?
Yes, you can. Just give us the information as laid out above and we’ll take care of the rest.
Returning defective goods
you need to follow the returns policy, where you’ll be suitable to state that it’s defective If your item is defective. The product will also arrive at our warehouse for testing.
Collection available on request from our local courier
We offer a collection local courier on any returns. The charge for this service is £24.00
