This 550w Infrared Heating Panel is perfect for heating large rooms and offices. As with all the IC Series ranges, the Infrared Heaters have a Stylish White Slim Aluminium Frame, which helps seamlessly blend into any deco on the wall. These Infrared Panel Heaters are easy to install on the wall or ceiling with an integrated mounting bracket. They also have a plug-and-play design to go straight into the socket. These Infrared Heaters offer substantial energy savings for commercial and domestic installations, up to 80%.

The Infrared Heating Panels use Far Infrared Heating technology, which will give out a comfortable natural radiant heat. The use of Infrared Heaters reduces dust particles circulating in the air due to direct heat, which is helpful for allergy sufferers. Infrared Panel Heaters are the most efficient way of heating on the market. This is because they warm people and objects directly, reducing wasted electricity as the person feels the heat straight away. In comparison, conventional heating systems take a long time to heat up, as the air is heated before the person. The energy transfer ratio on the Infrared Heaters is 98%.

Customers can purchase additional accessories with these Infrared Heaters, such as Free Standing Feet, Ceiling Suspension Kits, and brackets. The Infrared Heating Panels are also compatible with a wide range of Thermostats on the market, enabling the user to control the temperature in each room to their comfort. The back of the panel comes with two frames to easily mount on to your wall.Simply use the template to drill into and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Once the screws are in the wall,mount the panel by lining up the frame with the protruding screws.

We have a 1900s terraced house with a rear "lean to" designed kitchen with a chimney and open fire. We have had a variety of coal fires and back burner boilers, some with a gas fire on the front. The chimney was always a problem due to a poor design of the kitchen chimney and its position near the main house roof. Finally we opted for a modern wall mounted gas boiler which vented through the kitchen wall. The options for heating the kitchen itself were an extension to the main radiator system or electric heaters. Like all fitted kitchens floor space was a problem. We decided to try an IR panel mounted on the ceiling and controlled through a simple socket plug-in thermostat with the intention of adding another if successful. It worked perfectly and so far we have not needed another. Choosing, buying and delivery was painless. No problems at all - thoroughly recommended.
