Select the 'New Build House (1980)' option if your house was been built post 1980, with good insulation, loft insulation, double glazed windows & cavity walls.

Modern House (1930-1980)

Select the 'Modern House (1930-1980)' option if your house was built between 1930 - 1980, with good insulation & double glazing.

Older House (Pre-1930)

Select the 'Older House (Pre-1930)' option if your house was built pre-1930, with poor wall and loft insulation & single glazed windows.
