RETURNS INFORMATION
We offer 30-day returns on all products
We want to ensure all of our customers are as happy as possible with the products we provide. In the instance you are not happy with the products you have purchased from us we offer a no-questions-asked, 30-day return period, so you don't need to worry if you change your mind. Please note the return delivery cost will have to be paid for by the customer if the product is no longer needed, in the case of faulty good Infrared Heating Supplies will refund the full order and cover return costs.
If you’ve used the product
If you return your product to us unused and in its original packaging, you’ll receive a full refund. If you want to unpack it and have a proper look at it first, that’s absolutely fine, but if you’ve used the product in any way at all (including having it installed, or removing a screen protector) we may only be able to offer you a partial refund. If your item has been fully used, we can’t accept a return unless the product is faulty.
Before you return your item, please make sure that you include a cover note containing your order number, the dispatch address you placed the order, and the products you’re returning.
The goods and packaging are undamaged
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on the invoice or delivery note we transferred you after you completed your purchase.
What do I need to know before I return an item?
When returning an item, you’ll need to include the following in a cover note (and email us your request too)

What product(s) you’re returning
The reason for the return
What action you would like us to take
What delivery system do I need to use when returning an item?
You must deliver the goods back to us via a tracked delivery service.
We also offer a collection service via a 3rd party courier on any returns. The charge for this service is £24.00
Can I return just one item from a purchase of multiple products?
Yes, you can. Just give us the information as laid out above and we’ll take care of the rest.
Returning defective goods
Please follow the returns policy, where you’ll be suitable to state that it’s defective If your item is defective. The product will also arrive at our warehouse for testing.

EU & EEA Customers - Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day period expires at: info@infraredheatingsupplies.com
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
We will issue a full refund - including your original delivery costs - within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to purchase.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
- Goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
