Free delivery on all products across the Uk

We offer free UK shipping on all of our products with next day delivery. We use APC Overnight to ensure that you receive your delivery quickly the very next day. To track your order visit APC Overnight Tracking and enter the delivery postcode and consignment number. Please note tracking information will only be visible once the order has been dispatched. The cut off time for this is 4:00 PM (GMT). Some orders may be sent out after this period but it is not guaranteed. For more information contact us.

We offer 30-day returns on all products

We want to ensure all of our customers are as happy as possible with the products we provide. In the instance you are not happy with the products you have purchased from us we offer a no-questions-asked, 30-day return period, so you don't need to worry if you change your mind. Please note the return will have to be paid for by the customer if the product is no longer needed, in the case of faulty good Infrared Heating Supplies will refund the full order and cover return costs.

If you’ve used the product


If you return your product to us unused and in its original packaging, you’ll receive a full refund. If you want to unpack it and have a proper look at it first, that’s absolutely fine, but if you’ve used the product in any way at all (including having it installed, downloading data, or removing a screen protector) we may only be able to offer you a partial refund. Collection charges will also apply (see above). If your item has been fully used, we can’t accept a return unless the product is faulty.

Before you return your item, please make sure that you include a cover note containing your order number, the dispatch address you placed the order, and the products you’re returning.
The goods and packaging are undamaged

IMPORTANT We need to be suitable to identify an item with your order. We can only do this if you follow our returns process. Please don’t shoot us particulars back that don’t follow this process as they can not be linked duly and won’t be replaced or reimbursed.

Your order number can be set up on the evidence dispatch we transferred you after you completed your purchase.
What do I need to know before I return an item?
When returning an item, you’ll need to include the following in a cover note( and telegraph us your request too)

What product(s) you’re returning
The reason for the return
What action you would like us to take

What delivery system do I need to use when returning an item?
You must deliver the goods back to us via a tracked delivery service.

Can I return just one item from a purchase of multiple products?
Yes, you can. Just give us the information as laid out above and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returning defective goods
you need to follow the returns policy, where you’ll be suitable to state that it’s defective If your item is defective. The product will also arrive at our warehouse for testing.

Collection available on request from our local courier

We offer a collection local courier on any returns. The charge for this service is £24.00
