I bought the lighting / heating panel for the renovation of my bathroom which has yet started. Tested the unit & the only problem was in pairing the remote control, but once done worked very well. It was well made & the design will fit in well with what I want to achieve. Remains to be seen how it performs in situ, but I am impressed so far.

After a lot of searching we found this company and arranged a visit to discus our requirements and view the heaters. We purchased a wall mounted bar heater for a craft room and a ceiling mounted illuminated heating panel for the bathroom. Both products work brilliantly and have exceeded our expectations. I bought a bar heater from this company 3 years ago . I was given very good advise on what size I needed for the size of my studio and my bar heater not only looks stylish high up on the wall it heats up the space perfectly and economically .My only problem is I can’t always find the remote so I’ve just ordered a spare .

Ordered 2 infra red heating panels from this company and they were delivered very promply (by a decent carrier no less) and in good order. Only fitted the 1200kw heater so far and very impressed with performance and ease of installation (plug in model). Provides good heat and does what it says on the tin.

I spend my day in the office at home. The panel is connected to a smart plug and I say 'Alexa, turn panel on for 30 minutes'
Saves a fortune on not needing to heat the whole house to warm one room and the heat is localised and perfect.

After a lot of research, we decided to swap out our gas central heating for infrared. We bought all of our panels from Mohammed at Infrared Heating Supplies Bolton. We are so happy we went down this route, as they are performing well and are very cheap to run. We particularly like the fact we can control each individual unit in specific zones from our phones which means we can use the panels as and when we need them and set timers which is particularly useful in the mornings when we come down to a warm space. Additionally, they are very low wattage; we have 700 watt heaters in our double bedrooms and 450 watts in the single bedroom. The living room which is approximately 6.6 x 3.5 m is warm enough using only 2 panels (700w and 450w). Thus we have seen a significant saving in our energy bills.
I would highly recommend Infrared Heating Supplies as they are very customer focussed and they provide a very competitive and superior alternative to air source heat pumps.

We purchased 3 under desk curved infrared panels fantastic produce and costs very to little to run. All are workers are cosy warm. An excellent service from Mohamed very helpful, nothing was to much trouble he spent a lot of time explaining the product.
We would recommend using this for any office space.

I contacted IHS because I wanted a black & a white heating bar. I’d already dipped my toe in the water with a small 600 watt far IR heater & decided although it works in a small space I needed something much bigger for the new extension 2400w.
They explained the white ones are actually not white but a pale cream. But this was preferable to me than black in that room.
The room is open plan & even though I have three radiators it never gets truly warm but the 2400w IR Heater works well as it’s not heating the air it’s heating you & objects such as sofas etc. I’ve positioned it to focus its heat on the area of the sofa, the built in thermostat work well. As of the 8/10/22 my smart meter says roughly £1 an hr but as it reaches temperature within 1/2hr which I think is pretty quick (22dg) it switches off so I can only guestimate the true cost is around 65p an hour
I’ve added it to Smartlife app & I can now turn it on whilst I’m in the studio & set the desired temperature.
I’ll be ordering the black one for the extension. There is no perfect solution but I think these modern far IR heaters have many benefits over radiators and will save money on my heating bill.
IHS we’re on the ball, invited me to their showroom just a bit far from me. I got next day delivery, & they stayed in touch by telephone text & email.
So I can only say I’ve had a good experience we have had friends & family around & the far IR bar is a talking point with friends saying they are looking into them. I’ll be passing on IHS details.
