Commitment to Net Zero

Infrared Heating Panels Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2030. We are actively reducing our carbon footprint through operational changes, responsible procurement and the adoption of low-carbon technologies.

Emissions Reduction Targets

In order to support our Net Zero commitment, we have adopted clear carbon reduction targets. Over the next five years, we project emissions will reduce to 0.481 tCO2e, representing an overall reduction of approximately 85% from our baseline.

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives

The following environmental management measures have been implemented since the 2022 baseline year. These initiatives have achieved an estimated reduction of 3 tCO2e, equivalent to a 23% reduction against baseline emissions.

• Transition to energy-efficient LED lighting
• Adoption of infrared heating across operational premises
• Moving approximately 90% of client meetings to online platforms

Future Carbon Reduction Measures

We continue to identify further opportunities to reduce emissions across all areas of our business. Planned initiatives include:

• Operations: Ensuring all premises operate on low-carbon or carbon-neutral systems wherever practicable
• Products: Working with manufacturing partners to reduce product lifecycle emissions and increase efficiency
• Service Delivery: Transitioning to an electrified vehicle fleet to support surveys, audits and site visits
• Recycled Materials: Increasing the use of recycled and responsibly sourced materials
• Local Sourcing: Reducing transport emissions through local and regional supply chains
• Waste Management: Improving recycling and responsible disposal of waste materials
• Energy Conservation: Promoting energy-saving practices internally and with clients

Emissions Baseline and Reporting

Baseline Year: 2022

The baseline emissions assessment includes Categories 1, 3 and 8. Categories 7 and 9 were assessed and found to have no associated emissions.

• Scope 2: 5.00 tCO2e
• Scope 3: 8.00 tCO2e (Categories 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8)
• Total Baseline Emissions: 13.00 tCO2e

Current Emissions (Reporting Year: 2025)

• Scope 1: 0.00 tCO2e
• Scope 2: 3.50 tCO2e
• Scope 3: 6.50 tCO2e
• Total Emissions: 10.00 tCO2e

Declaration and Sign-Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and the associated guidance and reporting standards.

Emissions have been calculated in line with the GHG Reporting Protocol Corporate Standard and relevant UK Government conversion factors.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, with the required subset of Scope 3 emissions included.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
