For this warehouse project, we worked with the facilities team to pinpoint problem areas — particularly around loading bays where cold air constantly enters. Instead of attempting to heat the entire vast space, we focused on where it mattered most: the work zones.
The retail store wanted to replace industrial warehouse heaters in their loading bay areas with a cost-effective, energy-efficient solution. They required a full-service package — audit, design, supply, and installation — to create a comfortable heated workspace for their warehouse team.

By installing targeted infrared bar heaters controlled by smart thermostats, we provided immediate, focused warmth for staff. This not only improved working conditions but also cut energy consumption dramatically, since infrared heat isn’t lost to drafts or open doors.
Instead of heating the entire warehouse, we focused on the busiest zones near the loading bay and office — less than 10% of the total space. We specified eight 2.4 kW far infrared linear bar heaters controlled by an external smart thermostat, providing efficient, targeted warmth.
