UK delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all heaters, including deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands.

Orders containing accessories only qualify for free UK delivery when the order value is £50 or more. Accessory-only orders below £50 have a £7.99 delivery charge. Accessories purchased together with a heater receive free UK delivery.

Next-working-day delivery

Orders for in-stock items placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, are sent using a next-working-day delivery service.

Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Next-working-day delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, where delivery takes longer. The same free-delivery rules apply to these destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays.

Heritage heaters

Heritage heaters have a 4–6-week lead time before dispatch. Next-working-day delivery does not apply to this production period. UK delivery remains free.

Tracking your order

Tracking information becomes available once your order has been dispatched.

For deliveries sent through APC Overnight, enter your delivery postcode and consignment number on the APC Overnight tracking website.

International delivery

For delivery outside the UK, please contact us for shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
