Infrared Heating Panels Ltd provides a comprehensive product warranty to ensure confidence, reliability and long-term performance across our infrared heating range. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.

1. Warranty Coverage

Infrared Heating Panels Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) warrants that our infrared heating panels are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years, unless stated otherwise, from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

2. Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) of the product and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us – Contact our customer support team to initiate the warranty claim process.
  2. Provide Documentation – Supply proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Photographic evidence of the product in its installed condition may be requested.
  3. Return the Product – If instructed, return the defective product. Where applicable, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Warranty Remedies

Upon confirmation that a defect is covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit
  • Offer a partial refund proportional to the remaining Warranty Period

Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, accident, or unauthorised alteration
  • Improper installation or maintenance not carried out in accordance with provided instructions
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes or discolouration
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Removed, damaged, or defaced product identification labels
  • Acts of nature, including flood, fire, or extreme environmental conditions
  • Use of the product for purposes other than its intended application

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or a partial refund as outlined above. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the product.
