Infrared Heating Panel (1205x755mm) | Framed Series | 900w£240.00
PRODUCT DETAILS
900W Framed Infrared Heating Panel for Larger Spaces
The RADI8 900W Framed Infrared Panel provides high-output far infrared heating in a clean white aluminium-framed design, making it a powerful option for larger residential rooms and commercial interiors.
With a 900W heating output, this model provides greater heating capacity than the 700W framed panel while retaining the same minimalist appearance. It is particularly suited to larger living spaces, open-plan interiors, studios, offices and professional environments where a higher calculated heat requirement needs to be met.
Far infrared technology radiates warmth towards people and surrounding surfaces rather than relying on a fan to continually circulate heated air. With no fan required for heat distribution, the panel provides silent, light-free radiant heating.
The heater can be wall mounted or used as a freestanding unit with compatible accessories. This standard model does not include a built-in thermostat; for thermostatic, scheduling and app-based control, it can be paired with the RADI8 Netmostat Smart Thermostat, available separately. The panel is backed by a 10-year RADI8 warranty.
900W High-Output Far Infrared Heating
With a 900W heating output, this model provides a higher-output option within the RADI8 framed infrared panel range.
It is particularly relevant where the calculated room requirement exceeds the output available from the smaller framed panels, allowing a greater amount of heating capacity to be provided from a single panel.
Designed for Larger Residential & Commercial Interiors
The combination of 900W output and a clean framed design makes this panel particularly suited to larger living spaces, open-plan rooms, studios, offices and commercial environments.
For larger projects or spaces requiring more than 900W, multiple panels can also be specified according to the total calculated heating requirement and layout of the room.
Clean White Aluminium-Framed Design
The slim aluminium frame and minimalist white finish give the panel an understated appearance that integrates naturally into modern residential and professional interiors.
Its clean lines provide a contemporary alternative to bulkier conventional heating equipment while allowing valuable floor space to remain available when the panel is wall mounted.
Carbon Crystal Heating Construction
Behind the panel surface is a carbon crystal heating element incorporated within a fire-rated insulated core.
The rear of the heater incorporates radiant reflective foil and a thermal barrier designed to reduce heat transfer behind the panel and direct the heating output towards the room.
Each panel is tested for heating output, electrical safety and consistency before dispatch.
Wall-Mounted or Freestanding
The RADI8 900W framed panel can be wall mounted for a clean permanent installation that keeps the floor clear.
It can also be used as a freestanding infrared heater with compatible accessories, providing additional positioning flexibility where a permanent wall-mounted installation is not preferred.
Silent, Light-Free Radiant Heating
The panel does not rely on a fan or moving components to distribute its heat, allowing it to operate silently and without visible light.
This makes it particularly suitable for living spaces, offices, studios and other environments where quiet, unobtrusive heating is important.
Optional Netmostat Smart Control
This is the standard non-thermostat version of the 900W framed infrared panel. For thermostatic and smart heating control, it can be paired with the
RADI8 Netmostat Smart Thermostat.
The Netmostat combines a wall-mounted thermostat with app-based control, allowing you to switch the heater on or off, select the required temperature and create heating schedules using its 7-day timer.
To use the Netmostat, the panel must be hardwired to the external thermostat and the mains electrical supply. We recommend this work is completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable electrical regulations and safety requirements.
Is 900W the Right Output for Your Room?
The correct infrared heating output should be determined by the characteristics of the room rather than using a fixed square-metre coverage figure.
Room dimensions, ceiling height, insulation, glazing, external walls and building construction can all influence the wattage required.
Use our
Infrared Heating Wattage Calculator
to estimate the heating requirement for your space and determine whether this 900W panel provides the appropriate output.
10-Year RADI8 Warranty
The RADI8 900W Framed Infrared Panel is backed by a 10-year RADI8 warranty, providing long-term reassurance for your infrared heating installation.

WHERE INFRARED WORKS
Heating designed for
real spaces.
From everyday living spaces to demanding commercial environments,
infrared heating provides a flexible heating solution across a wide
range of applications.
01
Domestic applications
Comfortable, discreet heating solutions designed around
the way you use your home.
Infrared heating works differently from conventional
convection heating. Rather than relying primarily on warming
and circulating the air, infrared transfers radiant heat
directly to people and surfaces within the room.
These surfaces absorb the radiant energy and gradually release
warmth back into the space, helping create a comfortable and
consistent heating environment.
With no fans or forced-air circulation, infrared heaters operate
silently while delivering comfortable radiant warmth into the space.
A modern approach to heating that combines radiant comfort,
individual room control and a discreet, space-saving design.
Efficient Heating
Radiant heat can be directed where it is needed rather than
relying solely on warming and circulating the air.
No Forced Air
With no fans required, infrared heating avoids the continuous
forced-air circulation associated with many conventional systems.
Radiant Comfort
Infrared warms people and surrounding surfaces directly,
creating a comfortable radiant warmth throughout the space.
Individual Room Control
Divide heating into zones so individual rooms or areas can
be controlled according to how and when they are used.
Responsive Warmth
Radiant warmth is delivered directly into the occupied space once
the heater reaches operating temperature, without relying on
forced-air circulation.
Low Maintenance
With no pumps, fans or complex moving components in the heater,
ongoing maintenance requirements are minimal.
Silent Operation
No fans or motors means heating operates silently, making
infrared particularly suited to bedrooms, offices and quiet spaces.
Warms Surfaces
By warming walls and other surfaces directly, infrared can
help keep surface temperatures warmer within the heated space.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions.
Helpful answers to some of the most common questions about
choosing, installing and using infrared heating.
01
How do I calculate what wattage I need?
The heating requirement depends on factors including room
dimensions, insulation, construction and intended use. Use our
Wattage Calculator
to calculate the recommended heating requirement for your space.
02
Can infrared heaters be used in bathrooms?
Certain infrared heaters can be suitable for bathroom
installations. The correct product and IP rating must be selected
for the intended location, and installation must comply with
applicable electrical requirements. Where required, installation
should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician.
03
How much does infrared heating cost to run?
Running cost depends on the heater wattage, your electricity
tariff and how long the heater operates. For example, a 1kW
heater uses 1kWh of electricity when operating continuously at
full power for one hour. Thermostatic controls can cycle the
heater on and off as required to maintain the selected room
temperature.
04
Do I need an electrician to install my heater?
This depends on the heater and installation method. Suitable
plug-in models can simply connect to an appropriate socket.
Hardwired installations, bathroom installations and electrical
connections that form part of the fixed wiring should be
completed by a suitably qualified electrician.
05
Are infrared heaters suitable for homes with children and pets?
Infrared heating is widely used in residential environments,
but heaters can become hot during operation. Every heater should
be installed, positioned and used in accordance with its
instructions, with appropriate consideration given to children,
pets and the surrounding space.
06
Can infrared heating help with condensation and damp?
Infrared heating warms people and surfaces directly, which can
help maintain warmer surface temperatures and may help reduce
conditions that contribute to surface condensation. However,
damp and mould can have several causes, including ventilation,
moisture and building defects, so heating alone should not be
considered a solution to every damp or mould problem.
