The RADI8 400W ceiling-mounted infrared panel with integrated LED light offers two essential functions in one sleek, ultra-slim unit. Designed for small rooms, bathrooms, corridors and utility areas, it delivers both clean radiant warmth and soft, energy-efficient lighting from a single ceiling-mounted panel.

This panel is designed to be surface mounted directly to plasterboard ceilings using the appropriate brackets. It is ideal for locations where lighting and heating zones overlap - saving time, installation costs and valuable space.

The 400W infrared element uses far infrared radiation to warm people and surfaces rather than the air. The result is consistent comfort without drafts or dry air, and better heat retention that continues even after the unit switches off.

With a heating capacity for up to 6m², this model is suitable for small, well-insulated spaces or as a zone heating solution. It is for ceiling installation only and must be hardwired by a qualified electrician.

Installation & Maintenance

This infrared panel heater includes brackets for easy mounting on the ceiling. As there are no moving parts, there is no maintenance required for our panel heaters. They can be cleaned with a damp cloth when switched off

It is recommended to keep a minimum clearance of 20 cm from light fittings and at least 50 cm from furniture positioned in front of the heater.

Infrared heating warms people and surfaces directly, which can help maintain warmer surface temperatures and may help reduce conditions that contribute to surface condensation. However, damp and mould can have several causes, including ventilation, moisture and building defects, so heating alone should not be considered a solution to every damp or mould problem.

We were delighted with the quality of the Heater & the service provided by InfraRed.
We have installed the heater but unfortunately we had to install it too high. I am sure it would be very effective if the installation height was lower at the 3.0metres recommended height
