This is the second panel we've bought. Using it initially as temporary heating during an extension build then moving it to a workshop, installation is really simple and quick. heats the area exceptionally well and quickly. The company are easy to do business and very helpful.

I bought the lighting / heating panel for the renovation of my bathroom which has yet started. Tested the unit & the only problem was in pairing the remote control, but once done worked very well. It was well made & the design will fit in well with what I want to achieve. Remains to be seen how it performs in situ, but I am impressed so far.

Delivered on time . Installed a 14 of the 2.4kw bar heaters in a very large area according to the calculation and it being very good. It took a short to increase room temperature from 9 to 15 degrees.

I have only just had this heater installed. Installation was easy and once set up on the app appears to be very easy to use even for a technology novice.
I did need a friend to do this for me.

After a lot of searching we found this company and arranged a visit to discus our requirements and view the heaters. Using one of these to provide some heat for our dogs on cold nights, the dogs live in our old static caravan. The oil boiler we used previously stopped working so thought we would give an infra red heater a try and it works well.
The first heater we purchased had a fault and had to be returned but we have had no issues with the replacement. Return process was all handled by the seller and hassle free as they were happy for us to keep the original fittings so the install of the replacement unit only took a couple of minutes. All in all would recommend and will definitely use again if we decide to get any more heaters for our own house or decide to fully renovate the caravan at some stage.
