Where Can I Use Infrared Bar Heaters

Infrared bar heaters are a powerful solution for larger, harder-to-heat spaces. Their slim design and high output make them ideal for both domestic and commercial areas where targeted, high-performance heating is essential.

Domestic Applications

  • Larger Rooms and Conservatories: Perfect for open or glazed areas where greater heating capacity is needed to stay warm during colder months.
  • Kitchens: These compact, high-mounted heaters are ideal for rooms with limited installation space. Their discreet profile keeps them out of the way of cupboards and appliances.

Commercial Applications

  • Offices and Workspaces: Great for larger, open-plan office environments where more powerful heating is required in specific zones.
  • Warehouses and Workshops: Bar heaters deliver focused warmth in areas like loading bays, workstations and picking zones. An efficient way to improve comfort without heating the entire space.
  • Restaurants and Bars: Ideal for both indoor dining areas and covered outdoor terraces, enhancing the customer experience all year round.
  • Community Halls and Places of Worship: Their high wattage output makes bar heaters a cost-effective choice for large open spaces with high ceilings and intermittent occupancy.

How Infrared Heaters Work

How Do Infrared Heaters Work?

Infrared heaters work differently from traditional convection heaters. Instead of warming the air, they emit invisible waves of heat that are absorbed directly by objects, walls, and people, just like natural sunlight, but without the harmful UV rays.

This means the warmth is felt faster and lasts longer, even when doors or windows are open. Because they don't rely on circulating hot air, there's no dust movement, no drafts, and no wasted energy heating unused space above head height.

Far infrared is especially gentle and effective. It penetrates just under the skin to provide a deep, lasting warmth that feels natural, comfortable, and efficient. It's completely silent, safe, and perfect for both homes and commercial settings.

In short, infrared heating offers a smarter, healthier, and more economical way to stay warm - all while reducing your carbon footprint.
