The RADI8 1800W infrared bar heater is built for performance in larger areas where fast, focused warmth is needed. Whether you're heating an open plan workspace, a commercial studio or a fully enclosed outdoor lounge, this high output infrared heater delivers clean, efficient comfort exactly where you need it.
Using far infrared technology, it radiates heat directly to people, surfaces and objects rather than warming the air. That means you get immediate, long lasting comfort with less wasted energy, especially in environments with airflow or partial exposure.
The slimline aluminium body is corrosion resistant, discreet in design, and can be wall or ceiling mounted depending on your layout. This unit is equally suited to indoor zones like garages or workshops and protected outdoor areas like fully enclosed restaurant terraces or garden rooms, as long as the space is enclosed and shielded from direct rain.
At 1800W, it is suitable for heating areas up to 14m², depending on airflow, insulation and mounting position. It must be hardwired by a qualified electrician.

Installation Guidance
This heater must be professionally hardwired and installed at the recommended mounting height of 1.8 to 2.5 metres. For outdoor use, it should be installed in an enclosed and covered area with no direct exposure to weather. Always follow the mounting clearance recommendations in the manual.

Installation & Maintenance
They come with brackets for easy wall and ceiling mounting. The brackets are also adjustable, meaning you can tilt the heater to the desired angle. As there are no moving parts, there is no maintenance required. They can be cleaned with a damp cloth when switched off
This 1800w bar heater come with a 13 Amp 3 pin plug, however we do recommend to hardwire it to your mains via a fused spur
Safety is paramount, which is why our heaters come equipped with advanced safety features such as overheat protection and compliance with industry standards (CE, UKCA, TüV, GS). The bar heaters can reach a surface temperature of approximately 200-300˚C, significantly hotter than traditional radiators, therefore they must be installed safely out of reach above 1.8 metres, eliminating any risk of accidental burns.

Control Your Infrared Heaters with our Smart Thermostat
Our infrared heating panels are compatible with our smart thermostats, providing you with control over a app as well as a wall mounted thermostat. You can easily turn the panel on or off, set the desired temperature, and schedule heating times with the 7-day timer feature. To connect the thermostat, you must hardwire the panel to thermostat and the mains. We recommend using a electrician to comply with regulations and safety standards

We were delighted with the quality of the Heater & the service provided by InfraRed.
We have installed the heater but unfortunately we had to install it too high. I am sure it would be very effective if the installation height was lower at the 3.0metres recommended height

Delivered on time . Installed a 14 of the 2.4kw bar heaters in a very large area according to the calculation and it being very good. It took a short to increase room temperature from 9 to 15 degrees.
I have only just had this heater installed. Installation was easy and once set up on the app appears to be very easy to use even for a technology novice.
